Course Overview

The B.Ed. Special Education (Hearing Impairment) program is a professional teacher-training course designed to prepare educators to work effectively with children and learners who are deaf or hard of hearing. The course focuses on inclusive education, communication methods, assessment techniques, and specialized teaching strategies to support the academic, social, and emotional development of learners with hearing impairment.

This program equips future special educators with the knowledge, skills, and attitudes required to teach in special schools, inclusive classrooms, and rehabilitation centers.

Eligibility Criteria

 To be eligible for B.Ed (Special Education) admission in GGSIPU in Delhi-NCR, a candidate must adhere to the following Eligibility Criteria: B.A./ B.Sc./ B.Com with minimum 50% marks in aggregate in 10+2 +3 pattern or equivalent thereto.

Selection Criteria

Students must appear in Common Entrance Test conducted by GGSIPU. CET qualified applicants shall be considered for admission, through University Counselling subject to fulfilment of eligibility and admission criteria.
