Arunima Special School has been established at North Delhi catering to Children With Special Needs including Mental Retardation, Hearing Impairment, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Cerebral Palsy, Visual Impairment among others.
The Institutions are both registered under the Persons with Disability Act, National Trust Act, Societies Registration Act .
The facilities provided include Special Education, Rehabilitation, Vocational training, Skill development, Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Audiology, providing Psychological Assessment, Intervention, Counselling, Parental guidance and hand-holding among others.
The schools provide appropriate facilities for practicum of the Special Teacher Training Institutions.
